About Me
Hey, I’m Erica — the founder of Strides Performance! I’m a licensed massage therapist (LMT), certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with a passion for helping athletes perform stronger and recover faster.
Over the past few years, I’ve found a deep interest in motorsports and performance — and I’m working toward becoming a performance coach for female motorsports athletes.
I created Strides Performance to bridge training and recovery, because I believe progress happens when both are given equal attention — one stride at a time.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me lifting heavy, running, hiking, exploring new countries, or watching a Formula One!
At Strides Performance, recovery is an essential part of training—not an accessory.
